by:Anthony J Trimboli- South Jamaica, New York- From a bus company that people often criticize as being one that leaves people out in the cold and has inefficient services, one of the routes of the line that is in Queens has a whole lot of GOOD to say about itself in terms of length and how it can get you around Queens and into Manhattan.
The Q60 bus route, which is one of the longest routes in the current MTA Bus system, is a route that is remarkable in that it gets you from South Jamaica and gets you also to many important parts of New York City.
It seems shocking how one of the old private Queens bus lines that were constantly knocked and criticized for leaving people out in the cold could be one of the only Queens private bus lines to have a route that is non express that is as amazing as the Q60 bus route. It really gets you to where you have to go.
Again, the people at the JFK Depot ,who currently operates the Q60 bus route have nothing funny enough to say about how great the bus route is. Again, they must feel the bus route is something that helps people get around. Maybe they should have talked more about the bus route.
Seeing bus routes like the Q60 bus route really makes me impressed in how it gets you around and it gets you to the important parts of Queens and plus into Manhattan and being a non express bus.
