Where are the best places to live in New York City? I am an 18 year old white/hispanic female and I just got accepted to go to St. John's University in Queens, NY. I'm starting to look for areas to live and I'm concerned with safety, commuting to school, being close to the city, good areas to find work in, and some friendly people.
