Open Question: Should i Move to NYC?

I'm 17 and about to be a senior in High school and i've lived in a small town in New York for basically all my life. I have an aunt that lives in Brooklyn and every summer my sisters and i would spend a week with her and i always loved it their because there was always something to do you never get bored. In the town i live in you see the same people every single day and they basically know everything about you and every single mistake you've made and its hard to be who you really are because people are so closed minded and judgmental here. I have a good chance of getting into these two school in the city one is in queens and the other is in Manhattan and both had dorms or i also have a good chance of getting into this school in Albany and one in Rochester. I love the city but i hear that it's really lonely which is the only worry i have and that its expensive but i dont really worry about that part because the only thing while in college that i need to pay for myself will be my clothes, metro card and spending money and i do plan on getting a job there. both schools have dorms i"ll live in a dorm...
